The first six months of 2014 are in the books and the numbers are quite similar to the same time period last year. There have been 4,125 homes sold so far this year and that compares to 4,088 for 2013. Days on market are trending down and average price for homes sold are trending up which are both positive signs for our market.

  • There are currently 4,648 single family homes for sale in the Greenville MLS. 786 of these are to be built/under construction/new never lived in homes.
