2015 has gotten off to a good start for home sales in the Greenville SC real estate market. Year to date there have been 1,169 single family homes sold which compares to 1001 sold for the same time period in 2014. This represents a 16.4 percent increase. Homes for sale inventory remains steady and buyers are anticipating new listings coming on the market for the busy Spring selling season.
