Sometimes, no matter how nice we are, conflicts happen — and this means with neighbors too. Neighborhood disputes can get nasty and make returning to your dream home a nightmare. Here are some ways to deal with bad neighbors:

Or that you mowing the lawn after a certain time bothers you. Maybe they don't realize that their dog barks at night because they're used to it. If there is a problem, politely let them know. Invite them over for lunch or a cookout and take the time to get to know them. Be prepared for them to point out some ways that you can be a better neighbor too.

Let's face it, moving is stressful and time consuming. Handing a portion of that stress off to a moving company can be one way to make the moving process less of an ordeal, but movers can be expensive. Should you hire movers for some stress relief or save money with a DIY move?

When deciding if you should hire movers, there are several things you should consider. You don't want to make a rush to judgement and spend money on movers when you could have easily moved yourself or get in over your head only to realize it's too late to hire help.

During the month of July there were 1,066 homes sold for an average price of $216,116 which represented an average of 2.7 percent off list price. These homes sold in an average of 65 days
