First month of 2014 is in the books and we are off to a strong start for the year. Homes for sale inventory levels remain low and we are in hopes of seeing some good quality listings coming on the market in next few weeks. There is good buying activity and other buyers in the wings waiting to see what is coming on the market. Interest rates have taken a slight dip in the last week which is always positive news for home buyers. Working with several out of state buyers and appreciate all my clients.
