There are currently 2,889 single family homes for sale in the Greenville SC MLS with 38% of these being new or to be built homes. The current inventory is down 2% from March. During the month of April there were 1,017 single family homes sold for an average price of $264,914 which represented a discount of 1.8% off asking price. These homes sold in average of 53 days on market which was down 13 days compared to March. Year to date home sales are up 5% compared to the first 4 months of 2019.
Most analysts crystal balls remain hazy so outlooks for home sales vary greatly.
