The Autumn Trace subdivision in Simpsonville was built starting in 2003 by both McCar Builders and DR Horton. This 221 home community is conveniently located in Simpsonville just off HWY 14 and Pollard Road which is about 12 minutes from downtown Greenville. A new super Bi-Lo was opened this year on HWY 14 that is minutes from Autumn Trace.
So far in 2007 there have been 18 homes sold for an average price of $235,499 which equals a price per square foot of $88. Sales prices have ranged from $158,995 to $299,500.
