Greenville Market Through May
The Greenville South Carolina Real Estate market continues to outperform the majority of the rest of the United States. Prices for homes sold for the first 5 months of 2008 are almost 5% higher than the same period in 2007. There are currently 5,939 single family homes for sale in our Greenville MLS. Below is a recap of activity through May 30, 2008.

Mortgage rates are still at attractive levels but have inched up over the past week.
