Greenville SC Real Estate-Through June 2008
The Greenville SC real estate market continues to fair better than the majority of the country. Yes, the number of homes sold continues to be below the same time period in 2007. However, the average sold price for 2008 is up 3% over 2007 and stands at $189,530.
Days on market for homes in our area is currently averaging 97 days which is only slightly more than last year. There are currently 6,047 single family homes for sale, according to information from the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, with 1,397 of these being new/never lived in homes.
