A new custom home development GreyWood at Hammett has been announced in the Greer South Carolina area. This new neighborhood will consist of 26 homes on 22 acres off Hammett Road in Greer. Home prices will start at $850,000 with square footage ranging from 3,600 to over 4,000 square feet. Lot sizes will range from one-half acre to over an acre.
Builders will include Milestone Custom Homes, American Eagle Builders, Dillard-Jones Builders and Hollison Homes. It is projected that the first home will begin construction around the first of 2008.
