New Greenville South Carolina Downtown Condos Announced
The Greenville News reported on April 13th that a new downtown building has been announced. This nine-story building at the corner of South Main and East Court streets will most likely house upscale residences with shopping or offices on the main floor. The residences on floors two through seven would be approximately 4,400 square feet plus they will have balconies.
If all goes as planned, construction will begin in July and be completed by August 2008. The downtown Greenville real estate market continues to grow and offer housing options leaning towards the more affluent home buyers.
