October 2011 Greenville SC Real Estate Update
Below is a recap of real estate activity for single family home sales based on information from the Multiple Listing Service of Greenville, South Carolina, Inc. for October 2011.
- There are currently 5,107 single family homes for sale in the Greenville SC MLS. 659 of these homes are To Be Built/Under Construction/New Never Lived.
- During the month of October there were 399 homes sold for an average sales price of $164,712.
- The homes in October sold in an average of 106 Days on Market and sold for an average of 4.6% off list price.
I find it hard to believe that we only have 2 months left in 2011. The weather here in Greenville is great and homes are being sold. Please let me know if a move to Greenville is in your future.
