Hogan Properties has announced they will be developing The Edge at North Main condominiums near downtown Greenville at the corner of Croft and North Main. The planned 50 units will be priced starting at $250,00. Square footage will range from 1,150 to 1,800 square feet. The first units are projected to be completed by January 2008 and the site encompasses 6 acres.
The location and proximity to downtown Greenville is a huge draw for this development. In addition, residents will have direct access the the North Main Rotary Park.
