A new gated community named The Oaks at Roper Mountain has been announced as the newest neighborhood in the Greenville South Carolina real estate landscape. These 49 garden homes will be on a 19 acre tract off Roper Mountain Road in Greenville. Construction is scheduled to begin in December with home prices starting at $500,000 and square footage ranges of 2,800 to 3,500. Homes will be similar to ones found in Hammett's Glen and The Glens at Roper.
Builders will include Woodland Builders, E & L Group, Galloway Custom Homes, Goodwin Foust Custom Homes and Sadler Company.
