I truly enjoy living in Greenville. And maybe it is just me, but the spring weather the past day or so really helps to put away any of winter doom and gloom that might have been there, and things just feel more positive. So I started to make a list and I would like you to help me finish it. Here are some reasons that I think making the choice to live here is great. I am going to put a few of them up and want you to add your comments as well.
Reason 1: Right now, the spring weather is a great reason to love living in Greenville. South Carolina's climate is mild (although this winter may not have been too kind), and now that temperatures are in the 60's during the day, activity is picking up and the spring real estate market is underway. For me that is always a fun time of year. (By the way, if you want to find out what your home is worth in today's market, I will be happy to provide you with a market analysis. More about that HERE.
Reason 2: The people in our area. They have the warmth and friendliness of southern hospitality along with a healthy dose of grace and charm. I really enjoy meeting people who sincerely want to know how you are doing when they ask. It is part of what makes the Greenville Area a great place for a family.
Reason 3: Fun things to do. There are so many activities going on here that are family friendly and make life enjoyable. There seems to be something to do every weekend and most times you have to choose between multiple good things rather than deciding simply "do I do this or not". Greenville is an active community with arts, dining, festivals, and events happening all of the time. The Greenville Visitors and Convention Bureau site is loaded with great information about things to do here.
Ok. Those are my top three. Add your comments below on why our community is a great place to live!
