One of the things that people ask us consistently is "How's the real estate market?" What they really mean, in my experience is a SERIES of questions. "Is the value of MY home going up or down? Is now a good time to move up? Are there currently more buyers than sellers? How long does it take to get a home sold? And the list goes on.

The bottom line is that the Greenville real estate market is local. Yes, it is impacted by the national economy and national events to a degree, but it is local to Greenville. And then once you get there, it can be niche specific. Luxury homes in some of Greenville's most exclusive areas can be a much different real estate market than a more average priced home. You get the idea. So oftentimes you will hear me respond to one question with another:

Q: How's the real estate market?

Answer: It depends. What matket are you in? Tell me a little bit more. Where do you live? What are you looking ot buy?

I promise that this is not me trying to get more information out of you. I am actually asking the questions so that I can be able to help you get to the RIGHT answer and what how YOUR real estate market is actually doing.

We DO love these questions and we are ready with answers. If you would like to know more about YOUR real estate market, please give me a call!
