Oktober Fest kicks off October 1 and runs through October 4 at NOMA Square. This year marks Greenville's second Annual Oktoberfest Celebration, so get ready for four fun days of brats, beer, music and contests.
The fun begins Wednesday, October 1, at 5 p.m. The ceremonial keg will be tapped and entertainment will be provided by the Foothills Oompah Band. Thursday, October 2, the Paulaner Brewing Truck will be on site to bring their mobile biergarten to NOMA Square. The biergarten will consist on tables, chairs, taps and Paulaner kegs. Before your eyes, North Main Street will be transformed into "Little Bavaria" within hours. Guests will have the chance to enjoy an upscale venue with a sound system, traditional biergarten benches and decorations.
Highlights of Oktober Fest include a brats eating contest, musical performances, dancing and more. Food will include bratwurst, currywurst, German waffle fries, pretzels and much more. The festival will be cash sales only, but ATMs will be located on the property. Come celebrate this festive season with Greenville starting this Wednesday.
