Pictures

  • I will take digital photos of your home. I will have up to 25 photos posted to the Multiple Listing Service (maximum allowed). In addition, I will take photos to be used for the custom flyers and brochures that will be created to market your home.

Internet Upload

Advertising-Print

  • Your home will be advertised the Greenville News. The first Sunday after we list your home, it will be featured in the Homes Section as part of the Coldwell Banker ad. Then it will be included in the Coldwell Banker exclusive Upstate Showcase 16 page tabloid which is inserted in the Friday edition of the Greenville Journal 26 times during the year. This will reach over 40,000 subscribers plus 400 rack locations around our area.

Brochure

  • A custom brochure about your home will be produced. This brochure will highlight any upgrades and improvements to your Greenville home and will include information about schools, taxes and amenities. If there is any information that you would like featured in this brochure, please be sure to let me know right away. The brochure will be completed as soon as I have satisfactory photos and I have received approval from you on the copy to be included in the brochure.

Sign

  • I will place a sign from Coldwell Banker Caine in your front yard. Please make sure it is always up and visible for prospective buyers to see.

Realtor Caravan

  • Your home will be featured in either the Coldwell Banker Caine virtual caravan or actual caravan for exposure to all the Coldwell Banker Caine agents.

Sellers Home Business Cards

  • I will supply you with a business card size ad about your home that you can pass out to friends and business associates. We need to explore all marketing options in our campaign to sell your home.

Virtual Tour

  • If applicable, we will have a Virtual Tour of your home produced and posted on 3 different web sites. This is especially important for relocation buyers.

Feedback

  • Feedback from other agents showing your Greenville property and marketing activities will be delivered to you weekly. I can provide this information either over the phone or via e-mail. Please let me know your preference.

Public Open Houses

  • I will be happy to discuss this with you. Many homeowners do not feel comfortable opening their homes to the public when unqualified buyers/nonserious prospects might be the only people that come.

Showings

  • Showings help sell your home! Please make every effort to have your home ready and available to show at reasonable times. An electronic lock box will be placed near your door to make your home more accessible for showings and to electronically track showings. The box will remain at your home until after closing to accommodate the final walk-throughs and home inspections.
